Mumedu's training offer
Mumedu's trainings are always individually tailored to the customer's needs. Their goal can be, for example, the development of the operating culture, the design of new facilities or the transition to them, or the promotion of team activities. We can implement trainings according to the customer's wishes as remote or local trainings, as well as combine them with electronic materials and tasks. Below are examples of the trainings we implement.
Local trainings
Mumedu's in-person training days can last from single hours to whole days. The two-day training can be aimed at different teachers in the municipality, so that the same style of days are implemented for elementary school and middle school teachers, in which the special features of their school level are taken into account. The trainings can include the development of an individual's personal skills and knowledge or focus on the development of forms of cooperation between different groups of teachers or the functioning of teams. Our face-to-face trainings are always a combination of lectures and practical work, and they utilize the strong scientific background and versatile experience of our trainers in the field of education.
Effective teamwork in the escape room
The training is carried out in the Sm4rt LOC space of the University of Eastern Finland. The elements of the escape game concretize the importance of cooperation and teamwork. These themes are addressed after the game, for example through an interactive lecture or group assignments. Game exercises are tailored just for your team. After the training, the participants know how to recognize in themselves the qualities needed for teamwork and get the skills to work in a team with different people.
Developing a team or learning environment as a hybrid model
Mumedu delivers the videos and assignments before the start of the distance education day. The training videos are about 10-15 minutes long and they are always accompanied by an exercise done in teams, which is tailored specifically to your work community. It is possible to include training via video connection in the distance learning. We agree on the details of the local training section together with the customer. If it's about space planning or the development of learning environments that are already in use, we'll be happy to come on site.
