Working teams and well-being at work are close to our hearts. In our own work, over the years we have planned and developed teamwork and operating culture, as well as innovative environments. Our doctoral research focuses on well-being, team management, pedagogical thinking and innovative environments.
A functioning team is said to have many important characteristics. In our case, diversity is our most important asset and the force that drives us forward. We try to use this in our training as well - we are truly ourselves with our own strengths and challenges. 💙

Senior Advisor Heikki Happonen
Heikki Happonen is a retired doctor of education, entrepreneur and trainer who works in cooperation with the Mumedu team. His special expertise is educational institution management and school buildings as pedagogical learning environments.
Heikki has worked as a teacher in a municipal primary school, as a lecturer in a university normal school, as a university lecturer, researcher and teacher trainer. In addition, he has twenty years of experience in educational institution management and administrative duties and has worked in several national education development workgroups.
Qridi
Qridi is an award-winning, learner-centered learning platform for learning professionals and organizations. The Mumedu team uses Qrid in their work as part of their daily operating culture and cooperates with them in training.
